微波还原越南钛精矿制备初级富钛料新工艺研究

Study on Preparing Primary Titanium Materials from Self-reduced Pellet of Vietnam Ilmenite Concentrate by Microwave Reduction

  • 采用微波谐振腔法测定了焦炭和越南钛精矿混合物料的吸波特性,并研究了焦炭配入钛精矿不同比例时与微波场内热源强度P的关系,测试结果为:焦炭和钛精矿最佳配比为10%.同时还进行了微波加热还原钛精矿制备富钛料的试验研究,结果表明:在碳质还原剂采用焦炭,含量为10%;以硅酸钠为粘结剂,用量为4%;添加剂为A,用量为5%;还原温度为1150℃;还原时间为1.5h的条件下,金属化球团还原产品的TiO2品位为48.85%,初级富钛料品位达70.57%.
