辽宁北票低品位磷矿选矿实验研究

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a Low-grade Phosphate Ore in Beipiao,Liaoning Province

  • 对辽宁北票低品位磷灰石型磷矿进行了选矿实验研究.原矿经粗磨后,采用SA-6A作为捕收剂,碳酸钠和水玻璃作为调整剂,开路试验获得的磷精矿P2O5品位为34.04%,P2O5回收率为57.46%.闭路流程试验获得了精矿P2O5品位为34.05%,P2O5回收率为93.66%的浮选指标.选磷尾矿经再磨后,在磁选强度为1.2N/A·m的条件下,开路流程试验获得的铁精矿TFe品位为65.59%,TFe回收率为43.33%的磁选指标.
