Catastrophe Theory Analysis of Cracking of Tunnel Steel Fiber Shotcrete

摘要: 在传统混凝土中掺入钢纤维是使其改性的一个重要手段。充分考虑了当钢纤维喷射混凝土开裂时仍然具有强度、受载时横跨裂缝的纤维仍然能够吸收大量能量的优越特性,建立了巷道钢纤维喷射混凝土单层衬砌开裂时拱顶复合结构的力学模型,分析了拱顶复合结构在水平力和垂直力联合作用下每个部分的势能函数。再利用总势能原理,建立了裂缝发展的尖点突变模型,分析了由于水平力和垂直力的变化而导致复合结构体状态突变的过程,导出了失稳的力学判据条件。Abstract: Mixing steel fiber into traditional concrete is an important means of modifying.Steel fi-ber shotcrete have excellent properties that when cracked it still have strength, and when fiber across the crack it is still able to absorb large of energy in loading press.A mechanical model of tunnel vault composite structure in monolayer lining cracking of steel fiber shotcrete was estab-lished.Analysis was made on potential energy function of each part of tunnel vault composite struc-ture mass exerted by horizontal and vertical forces.A cusp catastrophe model for instability was es-tablishment based on total potential energy principle.This paper also analyzed mutation process of composite structure due to variation of horizontal and vertical forces, derived mechanical criterions of instability.
