Separation Test on One Greisen-type Tin-tungstenore

摘要: 湖南某云英岩型钨锡矿中,钨和锡分别以黑钨矿和锡石矿物方式存在,两种目的矿物主要以相对较粗的粒度嵌布在石英、长石、云母等脉石矿物中。研究过程中,采用分段选别的方法实现目的矿物和脉石矿物的分离,采用重选—磁选的方法进行预处理,所得钨锡粗精矿再采用浮选和电选等方法进一步精选,最终可获得WO3含量50.25%、回收率48.64%的钨精矿,及Sn含量40.74%、回收率74.13%的锡精矿。Abstract: In a greisen -type tungsten-tin ore, wolframite and cassiterite mainly existed as tin and tungsten.The two aimed minerals coexist with quartz, feldspar mica and other gangue minerals in relatively coarse granularity.In the study, the aimed minerals and gangue minerals were separa-ted by stage sorting method.A rough concentrate of tungsten-tin was produced through pretreat-ment process of gravity-magnetic separation, which was then subjected to subsequent concentra-tion of flotation and electrical separation.Finally, a tungsten concentrate with grade of WO3 50.25%and recovery of 48.64%and a tin concentrate with grade of Sn 40.74%and the recovery of 74.13%were obtained.
