为在湖南某萤石尾矿中分选出高纯度石英精矿,本研究脱除杂质以提纯石英为原则,综合考察了磁选、反浮选以及预先脱泥的试验条件。结果表明,未预先脱泥条件下,流程采用磁选脱铁—反浮选脱硫—反浮选脱氟—反浮选脱云母,可以得到SiO2品位98.66%、回收率66.07%的石英精矿。在此基础上预先脱除15.44%矿泥后,可以得到SiO2品位99.11%、回收率58.16%的石英精矿。利用萤石尾矿回收高纯度石英的工艺流程能够显著降低尾矿堆存量,同时具有较强的经济效益。
Abstract:In order to recycle high purity quartz from the fluorite tailings efficiently in Hunan province, based on the principle of removing impurities to purify quartz, the experiments of magnetic separation, reverse flotation and predictive desliming were comprehensively investigated. The results showed that the quartz concentrate with SiO2 grade of 98.66% and SiO2 recovery rate of 66.07% without predictive desliming could be obtained by the process of "magnetic de-ironing-reverse flotation desulfurization-reverse flotation defluorination-reverse flotation de-mica". A quartz concentrate with the SiO2 grade of 99.11% and the recovery of 58.16% was obtained after 15.44% of the slime was removed in advance. The process of recovering high-purity quartz by using fluorite tailings can significantly reduce tailings stockpiles and has strong economic benefits.
